Au début des années 1900, cette boucherie était tenue par la famille Bréard avant son transfert dans le magasin d’à côté.
Monsieur et Madame Bréard avaient fait paver le trottoir à leur nom, ce qui est resté visible pendant des nombreuses années.
A l’époque, les quartiers de viande étaient suspendus dehors, les réfrigérateurs n’existaient pas encore.

Agli inizi del 1900, questa macelleria era tenuta dalla famiglia Bréard, prima del suo trasferimento al negozio affianco.
Monsieur e Madame Bréard avevano fatto lastricare il marciapiede a proprie spese e l’opera si vide per molti anni.
All’epoca, i quarti di carne erano sospesi fuori: i frigoriferi non erano stati ancora inventati.
